This product is designed with two steel tiers. The bottom has a supportive base for an existing pallet (holding materials meant to be shrink-wrapped), and the top has its own load. The BUF version has customizable features available for cargo that would normally travel on a flatbed and take full advantage of reduced shipping costs through LTL rates.
