Welcome to CCT Shipping Frames, LLC is located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago CCT was founded in August of 2017. Our team consists of our Founder and CEO is Charles G. Kiolbasa, Jr. and Cyndy Kiolbasa. Charlie formed his roots in a family business manufacturing folding cartons. His experience with damage and limitations on shipping drove him to invent, market and distribute the present-day shipping frame. Our dynamic team is tailored to meet your needs.

Through its branded name, Load Savers, CCT (covered by US patents), produces a shipping frame that consists of a two-tier unit which can hold 2 standard pallets of a producers' goods. This benefit of double-stacking in a truck or railcar has eliminated damage while reaching full capacity in every container. Our customers have experienced an increase up to 30% more of their product being packed. This translates in less trucks/ railcars being needed to ship on a weekly/monthly basis.
CCT Shipping Frame's Story
Founded in 2017 in Illinois, our team at CCT Shipping Frames began with a simple idea – how can we improve the shipping industry to help with the product damage, capacity issue, and driver shortage? The easiest solution presented itself, and we began engineering custom shipping frames that saved space and reduced costs while offering peace of mind to clients regarding product safety and security.
Today, we maintain that small, family-owned business atmosphere while rapidly expanding to clients all over the world. All our heavy-duty shipping solutions are manufactured right here in the Midwest, each offering customized solutions to meet the needs of numerous industries.
Our goal remains the same. We want to reduce the margin of damage that businesses write into their budgets. Not only does this build end customer trust due to fewer smashed or leaky goods, but it also requires fewer drivers.

Buy/Rental & Lease Options
CCT Shipping Frames are available through a number of purchase agreements. We want to make sure you have the reliable, durable, and space-saving advantages of our patented adjustable shipping frames – regardless of budget and project size.
Our standard rental terms include 12, 24, and 36-month terms with a $0 down payment required.
We are also happy to work out additional terms on a case-by-case basis. Our shipping frame rental program is designed to scale alongside your business and provide temporary solutions for everything from a one-time project to long-term engagements.

How do CCT Load Savers® shipping frames enhance shipping efficiency?
The all-steel design allows for doubling or even tripling the amount of product per shipment. This cuts down on your shipping costs, driver needs, and carbon emissions.
Can I customize the frames to my business needs?
Yes! As a general guideline, we build all heavy-duty shipping solutions for truck and travel vibration. The truck version holds up to 4,000 lbs. (1,400 lbs. max on the top tier) and the rail version holds up to 8,000 lbs. (up to 3,600 lbs. on the top tier).
What about spacing? Will my current pallets fit into CCT's Shipping Frames?
Yes, we designed custom solutions with leg heights from 36” to 65” that easily fit plastic and wood pallets measuring 40” x 48” (we do offer larger versions as needed through our BUF product line). We also offer custom-sized frames to meet your applications.
Can I use the Load Savers® as temporary storage or warehousing?
In a static position, like in a warehouse, our all-steel shipping frames hold up to 6,000 lbs. Our truck frame weighs 165 lbs., rail frame weighs 350 lbs., and fold-down weighs 170 lbs. Both versions are ideal for temporary storage and with the use of the fork-lift allows for seamless moving throughout your warehouse.
